Firstly, let\u2019s make sure you understand the Swedish word \u201cfika\u201d which means having a coffee together with a pastry or sandwich of your choice. \u201cFika\u201d you can do at any time of the day and as many times as you like.<\/span><\/p>\n
There is really no difficulty finding \u201cfika\u201d anywhere in Stockholm, but if you want \u201cfika\u201d with an extraordinary cup of coffee,\u00a0Drop Coffee <\/strong><\/a>across the street and\u00a0Johan & Nystr\u00f6m<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>just around the corner\u00a0are your go-to places. They serve coffee imported directly from their selected coffee growers. Drop Coffee is listed under \u201c25 cafe\u2019s you have to visit before you die\u201d. There are also other nice \u201cfika\u201d- places. Just walk around and you will find them at every street.<\/span><\/p>\n
Since there is quite a lot of shopping and things to do, you will probably get hungry and a \u201cfika\u201d will no longer do the trick. Why not grab a quick lunch at organic and trendy\u00a0 Kalf & Hansen<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0or have what is known to be Stockholm\u2019s best falafel at\u00a0Falafelbaren<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n
Surely the whole day has now passed and you are craving a delicious dinner served with a #view for your next Instagram post. For a very good and classic meal we would highly recommend our own Restaurant Glashuset<\/a>,<\/strong> where you find some memorable Swedish classics, such as Toast Skagen (fresh shrimps from the West Coast on a Toast), Elkburger with Mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes, Reindeer Fillet directly from the Lappish maintains and the fillet of the fish R\u00f6ding, also fresh from the clear waters of Lapland and counted as one of the best fish dishes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
