LOCATION
One block from Mariatorget, opposite the underground station with the same name and 40 kilometers from Arlanda Airport, right in the heart of Södermalm, within easy walking distance of all central buildings and the Old Town.

The area is one of the most exciting in Stockholm, with a variety of restaurants with kitchens from around the world within a couple of minutes walking distance. A complete range for all tastes.

Directions to Hellstens Glashus

By car
From the E4 – whether you are approaching from north or south, take exit Södermalm / Liljeholmen. Continue towards Södermalm. Turn right after Liljeholmsbron to Hornsgatan. Turn right on Swedenborgsgatan or Björngårdsgatan and then right on Wollmar Yxkullsgatan. Keep an eye out for the eye-catching glass façade on the left on No 13!

Parking
The hotel does not have its own parking. Feel free to contact us for suggestions regarding parking options. Street parking can be easily paid for via app (Parkster, Easypark, Epark or Mobill).

From Arlanda airport

Taxi
Wait for taxi by the taxi outside of arrival hall. Be sure to ask in advance about the price which should be between 565-690 SEK. We recommend Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Courier, Green Cab or Taxi 020.

Arlanda Express
With Arlanda Express you reach Stockholm Central in 20 minutes. Departures at least every fifteen minutes. For more information, please visit www.arlandaexpress.se. Signs to Arlanda Express can be found in Arlanda Arrival Hall. Single ticket for adults is 299 SEK.

Commuter train
From Arlanda Central Station in the middle of SkyCity, SL’s commuter train departs to Stockholm. SkyCity is between terminals 4 and 5. The total travel time between Arlanda and Stockholm Södra is 42 minutes. Tickets are purchased at Arlanda Central Station or at SL retailers. For information about times and prices please visit www.sl.se. From here it is a short walk along Swedenborgsgatan to Hellstens Glashus.

Airport shuttle
The airport buses depart outside the Arrivals Hall with departures every 10 minutes during peak hours. The bus ride to Cityterminalen in Stockholm takes about 40 minutes. For more information, please visit www.flygbussarna.se. Single ticket for adults is 119 SEK when purchased online – a bit more when acquired at the station.

From Skavsta airport

Taxi
Wait for taxi by taxi outside of arrival hall. Be sure to ask in advance about the price which should be around 1 500–2 000 SEK.

Airport shuttle
The airport buses depart outside of the Arrivals Hall with. For information on times please visit www.flygbussarna.se. The bus journey to Cityterminalen in Stockholm takes about 80 minutes. Single ticket for adults is 199 SEK when purchased online – a bit more when acquired at the station.

From Stockholm Central to Hellsten’s Glashus

By foot
From Stockholm Central you reach Hellsten’s Glashus by foot in about 30 minutes

Taxi
Taxi should cost about 160 SEK and there is taxi rank outside the main entrance. We recommend Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Courier, Green Cab or Taxi 020.

Subway
The subway station T-Centralen is located on the main station’s basement. To the hotel you will reach the Red Metro Line southbound. Subway tickets are purchased at the latches. Get off at station Mariatorget (just three stations from the Central Station), exit Mariatorget. Just opposite the exit, at Wollmar yxkullsgatan 13, lies Hellstens Glashus.
